  • Hello Sonal,

First off, I just wanted to thank you for writing such a great article about the pros and cons of the Jenny Craig Diet. So many people ONLY write about one side of the story (only the PROS or the CONS) , so Im glad to see someone actually write about both sides.

During my weight loss journey I did consider the Jenny Craig Diet, but in the end I decided against it and figured I would try something different.

I ended up trying something that was not widely known in the weight loss industry and it ended up paying off BIG TIME.

I ended up losing 53 pounds in 10 weeks!!!!

Anyways, sorry for babbling on about myself, I just wanted to thank you for writing an unbiased article, which like i said above, I often hard to find on the internet.

    Thanks,

    Jen
