    Exercise has many benefits. During my college final year I had a minor injury and due to medications, I had put on some weight. At one point I was 85+Kgs and things were difficult. Then I started doing cross fit and it had changed me. I am down to 60 KG ( I am 5’9″) so it nice I guess.

    I feel energetic and lifestyle has also changed.
    Exercise has truly changed me and made me more confident.

    Your tips on exercising for people with frequent headaches helped me a lot. I have started to exercise again and I have less pain while exercising. And afterwards during the day the frequency and intensity of my headaches has dropped considerably.

    I appreciate this post. I sometimes suffer from headaches after a really intense workout. I’ve found that drinking water before and after the workout helps keep the headaches away.

    Your article is awesome and very informative. Yes exercise really is a stress reliever and of course all ailments goes away including headaches.
    Actually i try my best to exercise at least on Tuesdays and Thursdays and if i have time i also do it on early Sunday mornings.
