Reading can help you lose track of time and help you realize there is more to life than just those silly stresses you have on the back-burner.

  • Hi Sonal ,
it is true ,a hobby or something we really love to do makes a difference and can make us happy. I know some people who do not have anything they like doing and they are a pain to be with . All they do is complain and being bored. I always have compassion with them ,how sad it is to waste a time which can be enjoyed in front of a TV or sitting around and think of negative only. No wonder if they are depressed.
There are really some beautiful things we can do as you did write about .
    Thank you
