All of you must have heard and read a lot about superfoods that give you a lot of energy, or superfoods to boost your sexual health, or those that help in weight loss. But are you aware of the fact that there are so many superfoods that can make you sexy?

I guess everyone out there wants to look sexy and attractive – no matter what phase of life are you in. For this, you can hit gym for hours or try out various beauty techniques. But eating right kinds of food can boost your sex appeal greatly.

What clothes you wear doesn’t make you sexy – it is your state of mind that makes you sexy. If your mind is healthy, your body will automatically be fit and healthy and you will feel positive about yourself. This feeling of positivity and confidence in yourself will make you look beautiful and attractive. To have a healthy mind your body needs superfoods to boost energy-giving hormones.     I love how you say “Clothes don’t make us sexy”: That’s so very true. I love chocolate and tell my hubs at times, it’s better than sex. haha Not really but I like to tease him.         I’m so glad some finally said it, i.e., clothes don’t make you sexy. Actually, sexy is a state of mind. You can dress in a paper bag, but if you mind deems you sexy, it won’t matter what you have on.

        Chocolate and other items are a help when you want to feel sexy for sure. I see you have almonds, which I’m allergic too, but definitely will look into the other suggestions.

          It is a great misconception that clothes make us sexy. You are absolutely right, no matter what we wear sexiness is the state of mind.

          Chocolate no doubt is everyone’s favourite. If you don’t like almonds, you can opt for other nuts like walnuts and cashew nuts .

    It’s funny…I used to loathe most of the foods you have listed here. It was only after I had an epiphany about how to disassociate food with guilt that I opened up my mind and started to enjoy the foods I used to hate.

    I wish I would have had a list like this back then, but I can still appreciate it now.

  • What a great post! Thanks so much for these tips. Many of these are already part of my diet, but I am willing to spirulina again. I’ve tried it before, and the taste really doesn’t work for me, unfortunately. Can you advise me on ways I can use it, but can mask the strong taste?

      Great to know that you liked the tips mentioned. You are right spirulina does not taste that good. Its intimidating in the beginning but after some time it becomes ok. Well you can try spirulina lemonade – the best way to include it in your diet. You can also go in for spirulina spring rolls or just use it as a topping.
