  • Hi Sonal,

I don’t have a smart phone as I’m affected by Wi-Fi so cannot make use of these apps. More’s the pity because I see so many that would be useful. I don’t need to lose weight but I would love to have the Pocket yoga app. Keeping flexible is of utmost importance at my age!

With all these apps there is something for everyone so there is not excuse not to keep fit. Great list!

  • Sonal,

These apps look useful for someone who needs to rely on someone else’s system to get moving and do exercise. As a former professor of health and physical education, I do not need an app to get me moving. I taught yoga for over 25 years and all sorts of sports and exercises. So I know exercise. What I need is the time and energy to do my workouts. I love creating my own combinations of weights and yoga stretches and aerobics and recuperation in the Jacuzzi, sauna and steam.
