    I agree a healthy sex life is important for health, for skin and for state of mind. And as you said it is great as an exercise activity. So we have to always keep the relationship with our partner balanced as best we can.

    While sex is a great activity, life sometimes gets in the way and we have to be really committed to our life partner in order to continue in this area. Without communication, without putting in an effort into the person closest to us – the bedroom antics can be put on hold.

    Then there are others who use sex rather than communication and this can have a very different impact on the relationship. Really enjoyed your post. Thank you.
