What’s a healthier lunchbox delight than a yummy, juicy orange, with its sweet and tangy flavor and easy-to-be peeled covering? One of the most common citrus fruits, oranges are generally available in winters. Known best for their vitamin C content, oranges are also referred to as the Golden Apple.

They make the wonderful snack and give a special dash to a variety of recipes. No wonder it is one of the most popular fruits. I love eating oranges for their energy-boosting effect.

10. Improves the sperm quality

It may come as a surprise to many of you that oranges improve the sperm quality and thus keeps a person fertile. This is due to the great amount of Vitamin C present in them. Apart from this, the folic acid present in them prevents the sperms from hereditary damage, thus keeping them healthy.

    Nice to know the benefits of Orange. Good to know that it is good for diabetics as well. I mostly prefer Papaya because it doesn’t increase sugar level and offers so many benefits. Will try Orange as well.
